hiiiiiii i'm venus! i love long walks on the beach, comfortable silence, and i'm a late december capricorn (don't ask me anything else about astrology, i don't know what any of that stuff even IS). it's been a million years since i've written a real About Me, so i'm just going to jot down whatever my brain tosses my way and just very generally talk about literally whatever the hell. smilei'm an artist on occasion and have a love/hate relationship with clip studio paint. it is my dream to one day be able to use sai2; which i am fully capable of doing for the record, but it's juuuuuuust different enough from sai1 that it activates my brain's Refusal To Learn A New Program instincts (and yet similar enough to remind me why i miss OG sai in the first place and am heartbroken that it doesn't scale right on my computer and is therefore basically unusable).i draw whenever i feel like it and post whenever i decide something is finished enough, so stay tuned!i also write practically every day but can guarantee that maybe outside of snippets i thought were funny, i will never post any of my writing as it stands in its word docs. stay tuned for the day i finally translate them into the comic i want to make! which you can find information about here, here, and some on my toyhouse that i am working on and i swear to god i will post more there i promise. who said that.i went to school very briefly to study interior design and one day i may return. but i loooooooooove interior design and architecture (but i HATED my architectural drafting class because i HATE drawing ACCURATELY SCALED BLUEPRINTS) and lose my mind frequently over good design. if it were socially acceptable to go to random peoples' homes because i liked the way it looked from the street you would call me alan resnick the way i'm asking May I Please Enter? (FAIR WARNING THIS VIDEO HAS AN EXTREMELY UNSETTLING VIBE)i also love fashion and my philosophy is that everyone should wear whatever they want forever and also have fun. people have told me before that i am insane for some of my outfit choices but i will do anything to commit to a look that i thought up in my head—even if it's wearing a leather jacket in florida summer or wearing high heeled boots to work (real examples). i WILL wear my little outfits. my goal personally is to wear louder and gayer outfits everyday and i hope to one day find a good red shoe smile
